Dam Elevators

Dam Elevators

We offer Dam Elevators/Liftswhich have varied capacities as per the requirements of the clients. We manufacture these using high grade materials using advanced technology. These have varied applications in a number of uses .We provide these at industry leading price.

Our team of dedicated engineers with an experience of more than two decades in lift technology is engaged in the installation and maintenance of lifts. Owing to our successful record, we have been able to satisfy our customers with quality products. Customizable in size, speed, and capacity, they are an essential component in maintaining the structural integrity and functionality of hydroelectric and flood-control dams.

Vertical Access Systems for Dams :

Dam elevators are specialized vertical transportation systems designed for hydroelectric power plants, reservoirs, and large water infrastructure. They provide safe and efficient access to different levels within the dam for maintenance, inspection, and operational purposes. Built to withstand extreme environmental conditions, these elevators ensure seamless mobility for engineers and workers, enhancing safety and efficiency in dam operations.

Note:
1- The total overhead dimension has been calculated on the basis of car height of 2.3 m,
2- In case of manually operated doors, clear entrance will be reduced by the amount of projection of handle on the landlng door.
3- All dimensions given above for lifts having centre opening power operated doors with counterweight at rear, are recommended. dimensions primarily for architects and building planners.
4- Dimensions of pit depth and overhead may differ in practice as per design depending upon load, speed and drive.

ELEVATOR OPERATIONS

SINGLE AUTOMATIC OPERATION

Automatic operation by the means of the button in the car for each landing level served and one button at each landing so arranged that if any car or landing button has been actuated, the actuation of any other car or landing operating button will have no effect on the movement of the car until the response to the first button has been completed.

DOWN COLLECTIVE AUTOMATIC OPERATION - ONE CAR (SIMPLEX)

The car stays at the main floor, which has an ‘UP’ button; upper floors have ‘DOWN’ button. The controller memorizes landing and car calls. Ideal for residential buildings, the car travels to the highest landing call, stopping at car calls only while going up. On the way down, it stops at all calls in sequence.

DOWN COLLECTIVE AUTOMATIC OPERATION - TWO CAR (DUPLEX)

Operates like the Simplex system, but with two cars: one parks at the main floor, the other at the top or midway if last stop was the main floor. When a call is received, the microprocessor sends the nearest car. For multiple calls, a car goes to the highest, then serves in downward sequence.
